MAGISTRATE’S COURT

SEQUEL TO COLLISION. Arising out of a collision which occurred at the intersection of Albert and Ferguson Streets on June 6, Leonard Lawrence Burlace, a roadman, of Dannevirke, was charged with failure to give way to traffic approaching from the right, and Ernest Frederick Charles Hinds with driving a ear without due care and attention, when they appeared before Mr ,T. L. Stout, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday. Senior-Sergeant Mclntyre prosecuted while Mr A. M. Onglev appeared for Burlace and Mr H. R. Cooper for Hinds.

After hearing evidence tho /Magistrate inflicted a fine of £2, with costs 16s in each case.
