AID FOR SHIP BUILDERS.

EXPORT CREDITS SYSTEM. (British Official Wireless.) Received Julv 6, 8.5 a.m. Rugby, July 3. The Government has decided to extend the benefits of the export credits system to the building of ships in Britain for owners abroad. An announcement to this effect made in the House of Commons was welcomed by all parties.
