RONGOTEA TOWN BOARD. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Rongotea . Town Board at a meeting to bo held at the Town Board Room, ltongotea, on the 19th July, 1937, at 7.30 p.m., under the provisions of the Rating Act, 1925, and the Town Boards Act, 1908, and ’Amendments to make and levy a General Rate of 5d in the £ on all Rateable Value “being the unimproved Value,” of all Rateable Property in the Town Dis-, trict of ltongotea and a Hospital Rate of lid in the £ on the unimproved value of all rateable property in the Town District of ltongotea; also under the provisions ■of Section 90 of the 1 Municipal Corporations- Act, 1933, to levy a uniform sanitation fee of JUs per pan for each building served. j Such Rate and Fee to be for the period of one year from the Ist day of April, 1937. to the 31st day of March, 1938, and shall become due and payable in one sum at the Board’s Office, Rongotea on the 2nd day of August, 193/.
