GATHERING O’ THE CLANS.

The public are reminded of the Gathering O’ The Clans, to be held in the A. and P. Hall, Showgrounds, on Wednesday, July 7. This is now the fifth annual gathering, and it is certain that this year’s function will eclipse all those previously held. No efforts arc being spared by the committee to provide patrons with a tjuly Scottish welcome and a fine evening’s daicing. Teh A. and P. Hall will bo elaborately decorated for the occasion, and the committee has arranged for supper accommodation to scat approximately 300 at each sitting. Hammond’s professional orchestra has been engaged and an excellent programme drawn up by the M.C.’s. The parking of cars inside the grounds will be in the capable hands of the Automobile Association, Manawatu. In fact, everything is now set for tin's important function, . and judging by the enthusiasm displayed patrons can look forward to a splendid time.
