BOXING NEGOTIATIONS.
NEW 7 YORK. July I. The manager of the world champion heavyweight boxer, Joe Louis, announces that he is negotiating for a bout between Louis and Tommy Farr (Great Britain) at New York in September. He said Max Sehmeling (Germany) had refused to meet Louis, although he had made an offer to the German.
