DICTATORIAL TOWERS.
REGENT OF HUNGARY. Received July 2, 10.10 a.m. BUDAPEST, July 1. The Hungarian Parliament has passed a Rill giving the Regent (Admiral Horthy) Wider powers and making it impossible to call him to account for his actions. He can veto anv Bill twice, after which Parliament can be dissolved.
