Per Press Association. HASTINGS, July 1. The Hawke’s Bay Rugby representatives scored their third decisive win of the season to-day when they downed Poverty Bay 34—0 before an attendance of 1500 at Nelson Park. Real wintry conditions prevailed, the playing area being almost boggy.
