CHARITABLE BEQUESTS.
Per Press Association. AUCKLAND. June 30. The provision for charitable bequests amounting to £IOOO is made in the will of the late Mrs Mary Elizabeth Winstone, widow, formerly of Remuera. who died on June 3. Her estate has been sworn for probate at not more than £24.000. The sum of £2OO is bequeathed to the Community Sunshine Association ; £llOO to the. Salvation Army, and £-“00 is to be paid to the City Council for the purchase of pictures for the Auckland Art Gallery.
