Mr and Mrs A. M Rose, with their little daughter, who have been .spending a holiday in. Palmerston North, have returned to Pukekohe. Mr and Mrs George Mends, of Te Puke, are the guests of Mr and Mrs Haybittle Lyndhurst Street, for the Awahuri School jubilee.
Nurse E. Borrows and Mrs C. G. Galley left Palmerston North to-day on their return to Christchurch after attending the Oxford Group house-party at this centre. M iss Haze 1 Maw and Miss Winnie Carroll, of Southbridge, Christchurch, who have keen the guests of Mrs P. Wilkin, of Annamktle Avenue, have returned home.
Mr and Mrs R. Davis, of Queen Street, have staying with them Mr a.nd Mrs A. Cohen, of Eastbourne, Wei lington, for a few days. Mr and Mrs W. H. Gaisford. of Oringi, have returned from a visit to Canada.
Mrs N. Wilton, of Palmerston North, is visiting Waipukurau, where she is staying with Mrs H. D. Hardy. “G'enora.” Mrs 0. H. Williams, of Elmira Avenue, plans to travel by. ’plane to Auckland on Friday of next week, and leave on. July 12 bv the Niagara for Honolulu, where she will spend the winter months She expects to return home lute in October. As the trip to Auckland will be her first by air, and as she will escape the cold of the winter months in New Zealand, Mrs Williams is keenly anticipating her holiday.
