WOMEN BOWLERS.
TOURNAAIENT AT GLASGOAV. Received June 30, 10.40 a.m. LONDON, June 29. Seventy women aged from 20 to 70, representing Britain’s 10,000 women howlers, contested the Anglo-Scottish-Welsh international at Glasgow. in which they conformed to the rules prohibiting smoking on the green fluid playing bareheaded, insisting that dresses must he reasonably loiu>- shadow proof and not- of silk. Thc“ players must kneel when measuring their woods in order to avoid unseemly disturbance of skirts.
