The hearing was continued in the Supreme Court in the action brought by Lady Edith May Hunter against Cyrii Paul Hunter, Akitio. and Thomas Percy Hunter, Porangahau. tor thenremoval from the trusteeship of the estate of her husband, the late Sii George Hunter. Plaintiff alleges mismanagement ol the estate, which tiefondants deny. The case is being heard bv Mr Justice Smith. "Mr J. D. Willis and Mr U. R. Scott are appearing for plaintiff, and Air C. 11. Weston, K.C., and Mr J. H. Dunn for defendants. . Cross-examination and re-examination ot Thomas Rowley Lees, a farming expert, of Palmerston North, the tenth witness for the plaintiff, were finished to-day. . Allan Shearer Cochrane, a farmer, ot Porangahau. gave evidence ol tanning operations on the late Sir George Hunter’s estate.
