PROHIBITED IN TREBIZOND. DECLARED TO BE UNHEALTHY. WEARERS TO BE ARRESTED. Received December 8, 10.5 a.m. CONSTANTINOPLE, Dec. 7. The' Government of Trebizond has prohibited women wearing the veil because it is unhealthy and interferes with tlreir right of earning their own living and aJso furnishes an easy disguise. In future those wearing the veil will immediately be arrested. —A. and N.Z. cable.
