ARMY OFFICER’S GLANCES. LONDON, April 16. M. Herriot’s cousin, M. Dunet, was arrested while on his honeymoon in Rome. Resenting the admiring glances cast on his beautiful bride by an army officer, M. Dunet punched the officer. He was fined £4.
