MUNICIPAL ELECTION
RECOUNT OF VOTES. OFFICIAL FIGURES. The recount of votes in connection with the election of councillors has been completed, with the result that Messrs M. A. Elliott and J. Hodgens, who previously figured as fourth and fifth respectively on the list of successful candidates, have changed positions, the 'latter securing one more vote than the former. The first oount gave Cr. Eliott 2767 votes and Cr. Hodgens 2758. . The votes polled by the successful candidates were as follow: Fitzherbert, W. L. ... ... 3226 Canton, H. J 3057 Graham, A.
