Sir Blingwoim Singh, Marajah of Jehatawar, is among the passengers on board the Cat-hay, now at Perth, reports a cable message. After a tour of Australia he will come to New Zealand. The Right Reverend Bishop Heaslett, who has been bishop of South Tokio, Japan, for the cast 25 years is visiting New Zealand.
