DEREGISTRATION SOUGHT. MELBOURNE, April 28. Application for deregistration of tho Seamen's Union was undo to the Arbitration Court on tho ground that the union refused to supply a crew for tho steamer Eromanga at Sydney. Other grounds wer<# also staled. —Press Association.
HOLD-UP OF THE LEVUKA. SYDNEY, April 28. In consequence of tho hold-up of the steamer Levuka much inconvenience is being caused to the passengers, who number ’ 250. It is stated that the action of the seamen is intended as a retaliation for proceedings against one o£ their number. - -Press Association.
