TOKIO, April 10. “I will hop off on tho first clear day in May,” says Major Zanni, the Argentinian" airman, who is attempting to fly round the world. A 000 horse-power Napier-Lion engine has been ordered, but he will not wait if delivery is delayed. Alajor Zanni’3 hydroplane lias been stripped to permit extra petrol to bo carried, so that be may fly from Paramushir to Attu, a jump of 800 miles, which he is making without steamer escort. ‘‘lf I make that safely,” he said, ‘‘l will feel easy until the hop off across the Atlantic.”
