BIG JAPANESE VESSEL. TOKIO, April 22. Tho Akagi has been launched and will be completed in 1927. Her tonnage is 26,900 and her speed 281, knots. The armament includes ten 20-centirnetre and four 12-conf imorre guns, and twelve 12centimetre anti-aircraft guns. She carries a large number of aeroplanes o£ all types. —A. and N.Z. cable.
