FURTHER READJUSTMENT. TOKIO, April 21. The War Officer’s military reform programme includes a further readjustment of the establishment, a national mobilisation system, a revision of the conscription law, the inauguration of oil and steel policies, and the encouragement of aviation, especially the aeronautical industry, and also the establishment of an air force service of separate equal status with tire rest of the services.—A. and N.Z. cuble.
