By all appearance there is every indication of great prosperity in lokomaru Not only have a large number of motor cars been purchased in the last six months, but numerous properties have been bought. One valuabled property, owned by Mr J. Liggins, lias been sold to Airs W. H. Miles for £BO per acre, and been banded over to the Sports Committee in exchange for the sports ground. This exchange has greatly improved tho value of Mrs Milos present property as it adjoins the sports ground
