ESTIMATES EXCEEDED. SOME BIG SURPLUSES. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received April 22, 11.15 a.m. BERLIN, April 21. The Reich’s revenue returns for the year ending March 31 show a total revenue of 7,000,000,000 marks, a surplus of 2,000,000,000 marks over the estimates. The revenue from income tax and customs shows surpluses of 900,000,000 marks and 450,000,000 marks, respectively, over the estimates.—Reuter.
