Accidents and Fatalities.

A serious accident occurred on Wednesday at the works of tlie New Zealand Brick Tile and Pottery Company, situated at New Lynn, Auckland. It appears that a 380 horse-power boiler had been filled with water, and a number of men were getting it ready, preparatory to its undergoing a test. In some way which cannot be explained, it suddenly fell, injuring Eobert Ezzy and J. Colinshaw very seriously. Ezzy died from liis injuries. He was a married man. Per Press Association. CHEISTCHUECH, May 31. William Crattie, while felling trees at Avondale this afternoon, was accidentally killed.
