Revolutionists Defeated

PARIS, May 28. M. Pierne Biekj', the apostle of the so-called Yellow party of Socialists, defeated the candidate of the revolutionary Socialists at Brest in the recent election. The new Deputy and his-party are receiving numerous accessions. ??bey are organising an international congress. According to French ne'wspapers, the Governments of several countries, including Germany, Russia, and Spain, have signified their intention of participating.
M. Bieky eliminates the destructive and negative elements of Socialism from his programme, upholding individualism and the diffusion of wealth by giving workmen a share in the industries in which they are employed, thus interesting them in their employers' prosperity.
