Auction Sales. At their mart to-morrow Mounsey and Co. sell a large quantity of new and second-hand furniture on behalf of several clients, 50 new oilskin coats', hams, bacon (factory cured), also the primest of meats in lots to suit purchasers (without reserve). On Saturday, at 2.30 p.m., Mounsey and Co. will sell a property in Taonuistreet to the highest bidder, as the owner is leaving immediately for South Africa and is selling on very easy terms. The largest part of the money is repayable to the Star-Bowketl Society by weekly payments,'without interest, which should be a great boon to workers and speculators as this property will be sold cheap in order to clear. , The sale of F. E. Smith's has been postponed until June 5. At the Exchange salerooms tomorrow, at 1 p.m., the Manawatu Auctioneering Co. sell produce, chaff, hams, drapery, and the content? of a six-roomed house; Friday and Saturday, at 1 p.m., on behalf of Messrs H. C. Gibbons and Co., Wellington, fruit and shelter trees, shrubs, pot plants, etc., which will be on view to-morrow. Harry Palmer and Co. will offer to-morrow and Saturday a large and choice assortment of iurs. drapery, rugs, etc., on behalf of a Wellington firm. The goods have been opened up and are on view now and include furs ! of great variety, blankets, skirts, ladies' jackets, curtains, quilts, hearth rugs, and a large collection of other tip-top goods. All who can possibly attend this.sale should do so as the goods are genuine and will be sold without reserve. i | i
