Bambaata's Rebellion

Colonel MacKenzie, with eight hundred mounted s and six hundred native levies, went to Tillestand's store, 25 miles south-east of Ukandahl. They found that Bambaata had looted the store a few hours previously without disturbing the local native kraals. The natives report that Bambaata is seeking an indaba with Dinizulu. LONDON, May 28. The Telegraph states that Colonel MacKenzie has asked for 2000 more men to organise flying columns.
