Swainson and Bevan, Ltd., report;— We held a most successful sale at Messrs fiansfield and Bevan's Lomestead on Wednesday. There was a very large attendance of buyers present and we disposed of all the stock and implements under the hammer at highest prices. We quote as follows:—Fat and forward bullocks £6, 3-year store bullocks £4 10s, 2-year steers £2 13s 6d to £3 ss, store cows £2 12s, yearlings 22s 6d to 28s, weaners 9s 6d to lis ; f.m. ewes lis 3d to 13s 3d, dry ewes (mixed ages) 8s 6d, 10s lOd and lis 3d, fat lambs 13s Id, 2 tooth store wethers 12s lid, pure bred Komney ewes £2 7s 6d ; 2»-year draughts £19 10s, £24i to £29, carriage horses £12, £17 10s, to £21, spring cart and harness £23 10s, dray £9, windmill £17 10s, plough. £5, mower 10s.
