IN pursuance and exorcise of the powers vested in it in that bohalt" by the Town District Act, 1881, tbe Kongotca Town Board hereby resolve* as follows : — That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £700 authorised to be raised by the Bongotea Town Board under the provisions of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1901, for acquiring, developing and extending an Electric Lighting Plant, the said Boogotea Town Boatd hereby, makes and levies a Special lUfce of one half-penny in the £ upon the rateable valuation of all rateable property of the Bongotea Town District, and that such special rate shall bo an annual recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the Ist day of September and the Ist day of March in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 28 years or until thejioan is fully paid off. • Notice is hereby given that the above resolution will bo submitted to a special meeting of the said Board to be held on Thursday, the 14th day of June, 1006, at 8 p tp. for continuation as a special order. , 0.
