The French Elections.
(By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). Per Press Association. PARIS, May 22. The newly-elected French Chamber contains 246 Radicals and Socialist Radicals, 77 Republicans of the left, 7 Dissident Radicals, 22 Independent Socialists, 58 Unified Socialists, 64 Progressive Royalists, Bonaparfcists, Liberals and Nationalists. The Government possesses a sufficient Republican majority to dispense with the support of the unified Socialists. The principal significance of the elections is the nation's ratification of the Church and State separation law. The Chamber meets on June Ist.
The last French Parliament comprised 219 Radicals and Socialist Radicals, 111 Ministerial Republicans, 49 Socialists, 99 Anti-Ministerial Republicans, 50 Conservatives, and 59 Nationalists.
