To-morrow, at 1 p.m., the Manawatu Auctioneering Co. will sell hams, produce, poultry, furniture, drapery, etc. at their sale room, Cuba-street. H. Palmer and Co. hold their usual mart sale to-morrow, entries for which are advertised to-day. Mounsey and Co. hold their usual mart sate to-morr~.w, commencing at 1 p.m. The rooms are packed <with. furniture to be sold without res rve. Special attention is drawn to the sale of furniture and property to be held in Church-street on Wednesday by Harry Palmer and Co. The property to be offered is second to none, near the Square, and is in excellent condition. Terms being easy, this opportunity oE securing a good comfortable home should not be missed by any who are thinking of purchasing in Palmerston .North.
