Roosevelt to Visit the Colony.
Interested in New Zealand. (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Per Press Association). Received May 18, at 8.26 a.m. NEW YORK, May 17. President Eoosevelt assured Mr W, J.-Napier, of Auckland, that he would visit New Zealand at the end of his Presidential term. He was interested in the physical beauty of the Islands, the humane treatment of the Maoris and the experiments in social democratic legislation.
