Reinforcements for the Rebels.
Received May 18, at 8.18 a.m. PIETERMARITZBURG, May 17. The tribes between Mapulo and Helpmaaker are being " doctored " for war. Some have started to join the rebels in Zululand. The Smythe Ministry remains in office, arrangements having been made to reintroduce the Unoccupied Land Bill, subject to slight modifications.
