Auction Sales.

To-morrow at 1 p.m. at the Exchange salerooms the Manawatu Auctioneering Coy. will sell produce, vehicles, harness, wool-press, piano, furniture.

The attention of our readers is drawn to the sale oE valuable dairy stock, horses, farm implements, &e., to be held to-morrow (Thursday) by Hudson and Easther on account of the executors of the late V. C. Hansom, at the farm, Levin. As the property has been disposed of, a complete clearance is to be effected. The late Mr Ransom was a well known dairy farmer and was acknowledged as one of the most modem and scientific farmers on and as the herd was carefully selected by him for dairying purposes, those in search of cows may feel assured of getting the very best class of cattle at this sale. The sale will commence at 12 p.m. Luncheon will be provided. Buyers from Palmerston will be met at the Levin station and driven to the farm.

H. Baker and Son, Napier, hold a sale of agricultural land at Takapau at the end of June on account of Mr A. Seifert, of Palmerston N. The total area comprises 2936 acres and the land is part of the Tasma estate, having been subdivided into farms of about 300 acres e?ch.

Harry Palmer and Co will sell as usual to-morrow, produce, meat, second hand furniture (including hall stand, duchess pair, armchair), sundries, etc.; also balance of drapery, furs, etc. held ovßr from Saturday's sale, and from instructions received these goods must be cleared absolutely without reserve. Mounsey and Co. hold a sale of new and second hand furniture, poultry, hams and bacon, produce, meat, etc., at their mart to-morrow.
