Germany and France Support Britain.

CAIRO, May 15. The garrison at Alexandria will parade to impress and reassure the people. There is general satisfaction at Cairo at the Porte's surrender.
M. Constans, the French Ambassador, made representations to the Grand Vizier on his own initiative m support of Great Britain. He told Tevrfik Pasha to inform the Sultan that he joined with Sir N. O'Conor in protesting against the occupation of Tabah. Baron von Bieberstein, the German Minister, followed' M. Constans' example, producing a great impression in Turkish circles. (Received May 16, at 9.21 a.m.) LONDON. May 15. Izzett Bey, who was responsible for Turkey's Tabah .policy, has been disgraced.
