Many inter-State visitors in town purpose ; visiting the V.A.T.C meeting, which opens at Caulfield to-morrow. The official forecast of the weather is favourable. Sporting writers' anticipations for the Caulfield Guineas are:— In the Australasian—Sylvanite or Demas ; in the Leader—Koopan or Sylvanite; in Sporting Judge—Sylvanite.
