Bowling.
About twenty bowlers took advantage of Mr Hessey's invitation; to play on liis green,at Masterton, 6h~ Thursday 'afternoon. The green was in perfect order, arid Mr Hessey, was congratulated on the excellent manner in which he had prepared it../ The green provides for. five full rinks, and the bowlers not only had a good time, but got in some useful practice as well.—Age. - ,■.
