The ITawke's Bay Jockey Club were agjain favoured with fine weather for the second day of tlioir Spring meeting. The attendance was large and the racing good. The sum of. £5437 was.put through the tote, making a total of £10,858 for the two days. Results :— Hawke's Bay Guineas—Golden Lily 1, Signalman 2, Submarine 3. Time, lmiii 42 l-ssec.
