This was read a second time by 55 to 13. . The clause was then altered on Mr Massey's motion by including "agricultural societies" witbin its provisions. The clause as amended was then added to the Bill. Progress was reported, and the amendments were agreed to. The debate on the third reading o£ the Bill is now proceeding.
