Otaki, on Tuesday, October 4th, at 8 p m, and for second day's races on Wednesday, October 12th, at 9 p m Penalties.—The winner of any flat race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101b, and of every additional flat race a further penalty of 61b in the flat races. Horses handicapped at Bst 101b or over to carry only half the above penalties. The winner of any hurdle race, after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101b,; and of every additional hurdle Tace a' further penalty of 61b in the hurdle races Hack Qualification—"Hack"means a horse that has not won at time of entry a race of the value of 80 soys, or races of the collective value of 200 soys. RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the secretary, Otaki, with name and age at time of entry, pedigree, narse of owner, and colours of the rider 2.
