According to the Otago Daily Times, in Miss Donaldson and Mr Spcnce, Scottish song and story have two very able exponents. Their entertainment, says that journal, was one of sterling merit from an ordinary point of view, while from a Scottish point one would hardly venture to measure or limit its, excellence."
