Horses handicapped at Bst 101b or over to carry only half the above penalties. The winner of any hurdle race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101b,, and of every additional hurdle race a further penalty of 61b m -the hnrdle races I Hack Qualification —•" Hack " means a horse that has-not won at time of entry a race of the value of 80 soys, or races of the collective value of 200 soys. EULES AND EEGULATIONS. 1. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the secretary, Otaki, with name and age at time of entry, pedigree, nahre of owner, and colours of the rider 2.
