Horses handicapped at Bst 101b or over to carry only half the above penalties. EULES AND EEGULATIONS. 1. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the secretary, Otaki, with name and age at time of entry, pedigree, nahre of owner, and colours of the rider 2.
