A Grievance.
(To the Editor). Sin,—Surely the local authorities ,vill take notice of the state of the water - channel from Stevenson's stables to leatherston-stveet. My children have to pass along the street on thfeir way to school. I cannot understand why tho High School governors and the residents' -' allow such a state of things to continue. —I am, etc., ' P IREN'J'.
