Russian Army Demoralised.
(Beccived Sept. 28, at 8 28 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 27. The documents found at Liaoyang included general orders showing that the commander of the second Ural Cossacks was cashiered for abandoning important positions on the mere rumours of the Japanese approach. Others v/ere cashiered for a lapk of discipline. Admiral Alexieff, Russian Viceroy in the Far East, on July 18th, rebuked nou-commissioued officers for assaults on native women.
