The Carterton Show.

The Wairarapa and East Coast. Pa?<v toral and Agricultural Association hold their annual show at Carterton on October 26 and 27. The improvements which were commenced in 1903 are being continued this-year, the new work including ,a tea room 40 x 40, built on the bungalow style at a cost of £130, and twentyfive and forty (covered) horse and cattle stalls, respectively, and sixty new dogkennels 'are also, being built. The prizes for estimating the dead weights 'of live cattle, sheep and pigs amount to |:£33 Bs.
