LONDON, September 26. The Daily Mail's correspondent at Lhassa mentions that there is a serious prospect, when the British. retire, of a faction fight between the supporters of the fugitive Grand Lama and the Tashi Lama of Shigatse. Possibly the Grand Lama, if victorious, will accept the British treaty, in which case the words [ temporarily deposed' will be inserted in the-Amban's proclamation to save'the face of China.
