Municipal Band's Guessing Competition.

Sir,—ln reply to the letter signed "Pair Play," which appeared in youv last, night's issue, I desire to state "thai;some of the Committee went' over thetickets again and I am pleased te say that the number 1150 was there and that a ijjjecial prize will be awarded the lucky winner.
