PIANOS^ ANTARCTIC . . EXPEDITION . . ON the despatch of the Antarctic Ex- j pedition, the firm of JOHN BROADWOOD ,&-SONS provided a Broadwood Pianoforte for use on tlie Discovery. On the return of the vessel. Mr Royds, chief'officer of the Antarctic Exploration Ship Discovery, had the piano examined by a tuner, aud he reports that the instrument, after two and a halt years' endurance of all tbo rigours of an : Antarctic climate, is practically as good, as ever.
