Mr G. A. Preece, land agent, inserts a fresh property list in another column, amongst which will be found some very cheap town properties. A very di stressing accident occurred last ovoning to a five-year-old son of Mr Dender, pork butcher. The child was near tho gas engine when his olothes becamo entangled in tho fly-wheel, and ho was takou off his feet and whirled round. When extricated by Mr Dendor, it was found that tho boy had sustained Bevero injuries to his hoad, entailing concussion of tho brain through contact with tho concroto lloor. Medical aid was Bummonod, and tho littlo fellow was removed to the hoßpital. Much sympathy is felt for Mr aud Mrs Donder in the sad trouble which has overtaken I. them. Though tho case is sbuoub it is oxpooted to havo a fatal termiaiUiou.
