Sydney, Wednesday. Ihe Daily Telegraph says it is stated on good authority that ten thousand tons of damaged wheat in New Zealand are available to teed starving stock if the duty is taken off. Also a considerable supply of mangolds, turnips, hay and CDaffi is available from New Zealand 'mt not in large quantities.
