HoKiTikW, Saturday. Negotiations for the resumption of Dicdnchs' estate, live thousand acres, at Kokatahi, have so far advanced that the Land Purchase Board has now recommended the resumption of 1700 acres, the balance of 3:U)C acres bciirleft to Mr Bkdriehs and family. TUe case was to have come before tho Court on the 20th, and extensive preparations were being made by the Crown and Mr Diedrichs for the conduct of tlmir respective sides. A number of expert land valuers, who were inspecting the country were recalled to day , and it is now expected the matter will be adjusted on the recommendation of the Com-
mis-sioners,
