CONGRATULATIONS TO HER MAJESTY.
London; June I. The Secretary of State for the Colonies (the Hon. J. Chamberlain), in addressing the first meeting of Governors of the new Birmingham University, moved that a message of congratulation should be sent to the Queen on the capture of Johannesburg and Pretoria.
